This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of services and requests for refunds for the Talaqah Clinic video consultation app ("the App") operated by Talaka Marketing Services Institution ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read this policy carefully before using the App.

1. Cancellation of Services

1.1. Users have the right to cancel their scheduled appointments or services provided through the App.

1.2. To cancel an appointment, users must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our customer support team at info

1.3. Late cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a forfeiture of the fees paid for the service.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

a) Appointments canceled within the specified cancellation period as outlined in section 1.2.

b) Technical or operational issues on our end that prevent the delivery of the scheduled service.

2.2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

2.3. Any applicable refund will be initiated within 7 business days of the cancellation request or the determination of eligibility for a refund.

2.4. Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

1. Non-Refundable Services

3.1. Certain services or packages provided through the App may be explicitly marked as non-refundable. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

3.2. Non-refundable services may include special promotions, discounted packages, or services with limited availability or specific terms and conditions.

4. Disputes and Exceptions
